• looking dramatically off into the distance. at what? we don't know. but it sure looks good.

Here's what I'm unafraid of:

• dramatic shadows and light

• saying a stupid joke to get you laughing

• doing anything to get That Shot

• that One wedding guest getting too lit on the dancefloor

Here's what I want more of:

• fun-filled receptions

• joyous ceremonies

• intimate city hall weddings

• offroad adventure elopements

• couples that read this, went, 'word,' and hit me up

these all sound very different. they are. but at the end of the day, love is love, and when i'm behind the camera, i'm happy.

Above all, I describe my work as striking, warm, and earthy.

My name is Riley. I’m a nonbinary/transmasc photographer in Boston and I consider myself an artist before a vendor. I don’t take many weddings a year, choosing instead to dedicate my time to couples whose interests, passions, and communities align with mine. I find that level of connection yields work that I am most proud of, with people who I know understand and appreciate what I offer. If you’re a creative type yourself, a self-proclaimed nerd, or just an appreciator of the arts and beauty, we’ll hit it off.

Photography found me when I was seventeen; inspired heavily by the striking editorial work of Vogue and Vanity Fair as an adolescent, I then dove into conceptual, creative portraiture with a stylistic flair. I spent the start of my career at anime conventions doing cosplay photography, before that niche took me across the country and then the world. I expanded outwards into weddings and gender-affirming portraiture for the trans and LGBTQ+ community, and now, my work as a photographer and relationship with my clients are the most important things in the world to me.

I take great care in what weddings I choose to book, so that when I shoot, I'm refreshed, excited, and inspired. You will feel that when you work with me, and see it when your galleries are sent your way.

To fully tell your story I use a blend of unobtrusive candid photography, refined detail work, and posed portraits. I seek natural light and shadows to accentuate my visuals and contribute to what I found as my personal style. Throughout over a decade of growing, I apply my style to each client and bring out their best angles with thoughtful compositions.
