LGBTQ Boston Proposal in Harvard Square

Brenna (she/her) and Natalia (she/her), are a Tinder success story all the way from Arizona. They both decided to take a vacay together to enjoy the iconic Boston foliage, and along the way, Brenna contacted me to set up a couple’s session with her and Natalia. As the session neared, Natalia sneakily DM’d me with a request: she wanted to propose during the shoot.

I knew just the place and the pose. Longfellow Park is a quiet, small park tucked on the outskirts of Harvard Square. I had Brenna and Natalia do a pose standing back-to-back, and that’s when Natalia knew it was her cue to get on one knee.

And of course, she said a tearful and earnest yes :)

Overjoyed, they spent the rest of the shoot hand-in-hand on a peaceful Cambridge Sunday. We mosied over to Harvard Square proper for some coffee and more Fall vibes. I was thrilled to capture this very special moment…I absolutely LOVE surprises, and it was great to photograph a very special one for this very special pair.

Thank you, Brenna and Natalia!
